Bugzilla Basics Plus! is designed to familiarize everyone
who will be using Bugzilla with the full capabilitites
of the program and their user roles. It is designed for
all levels of users, technical and
non-technical.
Once everyone who will be using Bugzilla is up to speed,
we delve into the Plus! aspect ofthe course. The instructor
flexes with your groups needs and skill levels and hones
in on more technical issues. For example, we can get into
the nitty-gritty on how to customize the Bugzilla UI via
the template toolkit and show you where to find more info
in the future as well as addressing any technical questions
your user group has at that time.

Objectives:
Bugzilla Setup is designed not only to provide immediate
hands-on use and reinforcment of skills learned in the
first course, it is also designed to shorten your groups
acutal setup time for your project.
During this course the group
will create an actual working Bugzilla setup that they
can begin to use immediately on the project.
The instructor will lead
you through selecting and implementing actual products,
components, version issues, milestones, etc. that
will be used for your project immediately following the
