Service Technician I

We are currently looking for a part-time customer service engineer familiar with Bugzilla. Skill with GForge would be considered a plus.

The position involves dealing with customer service requests and answering questions about our products on line through our live chat support system. It may ocassionally involve travel and participation in industry trade shows.
